2. What data we collect

• Newsletter: your email address, your preferred language and the date/time you gave consent.
• Featured listings (paid): the details you enter at checkout, processed by Stripe.
• Technical logs: our host may process IP addresses and request data for security and operation.

3. How we use it

We send the newsletter only to people who subscribed and gave their consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Checkout data is used to provide and bill featured listings. Logs are used to keep the site secure and running.

4. Service providers

• Resend — email delivery and subscriber list (EU region).
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Stripe — payments for featured listings.

5. International transfers

We operate from the US and some providers are US companies, so your data may be processed in the United States under the safeguards those providers offer.

6. Retention

Newsletter data is kept while you are subscribed and removed after you unsubscribe (we may keep your address on a suppression list so we don't email you again). Payment records are kept as long as required by law.

7. Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. To access or delete your data, write to vibestack@modernitos.com. Users in the EU/EEA can exercise their rights under the GDPR by writing to vibestack@modernitos.com.

8. Cookies

This site does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, and sets no cookies of its own. External services you visit through links (such as Stripe's checkout) have their own policies.
